FAQs
Do we need Canva Pro or Teams to work with you?
For the full Canva for Teams Setup, yes — you’ll need either Canva Pro or Canva Business. If you’re not sure which plan is right for your team size, we can figure that out on the audit call.
How long does the setup take?
For a small team of up to 10 people, the full setup takes approximately two weeks from kickoff to handover. Larger teams may take three weeks depending on the number of templates needed.
We already have a Canva workspace. Can you fix what we have?
Absolutely. Most of my clients come to me with an existing workspace that has grown into chaos. I audit what’s there, keep what’s working, and rebuild the rest properly.
We don't have a brand identity yet. Can you still help?
If you don’t have a logo, colours, and fonts established yet, we’d start with a brand identity build before moving into the Canva setup. I offer brand identity design as well — book an audit call and we’ll figure out the right starting point for you.
